Mission: April

This month, there is a full agenda but a short list.

1 - Drink more water! 2 - Take another gander at this list because new mega one is due out next month. EEP! 3 - Rock my socks off (or get back into some sort of movement routine or something equally as fun)

  1. Great list! My sister and I started Jillian Michael's 30 day shred last week and it is kicking out butt. Only 20 minutes long, but a great work out. As a bonus - I've found myself drinking more water after my workout so it forces 2 healthy habits.
