On my mind.

It takes a lot of courage to show your dreams to someone else.
~Erma Bombeck

No dreams come true until you wake up and go to work.

When a dream takes hold of you, what can you do? You can run with it, let it run your life, or let it go and think for the rest of your life about what might have been.

Running...

Like a kook.
Trying to catch up.
Just one step ahead today would be nice.
I'm all for detours but this is getting to be too much.
There is an intensity that is just a sliver more than what I can take.

Team Up Thursday: Fall

Puna is one of the most marvelous people I know. She continues to offer me comfort as I struggle through a trying time.
Puna's take this week rings deep for me. I have been surrounded by death over the last 10 days. For me, I see in her image that one green tree still vibrant and standing strong amid the others that have surrendered to the changing season.

For mine, I see the beautiful puppy desperate for love and the crinkled leaves on the grass. Fall. Fall in love.

Share in the love over at Melody's and Megan's.
