- Situate yourself far away from the phone.
- Resist online interference.
- Keep your current novel out of sight.
- Have a healthy snack near by.
- The TV probably shouldn't be on. Otherwise shows like this one might cause distractions.
- When you find that your mind just can't focus, walk away. It is better to breathe and come back than battle and become discouraged.
