My mind yearns to write but my heart is sitting in silence.
My fingers burn searching for the words that will string together to form cohesive thought.
My cat sits close hoping to bring about some inspiration. I am annoyed by his flicking tail but reassured by his presence.
The tea in my cup cools to a perfectly drinkable temperature and still no words come.
I am searching for more.
